Abstract
Abstact The Influence Of Leadership Style, Work Discipline, And Organizational Culture On The Performance Of Employees In The Ministry Of Religion Of The City Of Bekasi His research was carried out in the Ministry of Religion of Bekasi City with 92 respondents, this study aimed to find out and analyze the influence of leadership style and organizational culture, the influence of work discipline on organizational culture, the influence of organizational culture on performance, the influence of leadership style on employee performance, to find out the influence of work discipline on performance, and the influence of leadership style on performance through organizational culture as an intervening variable, and to know and analyze the influence of work discipline on performance through organizational culture as intervening variables. The research method is a survey method with a causal approach, quissoner research instrument with a Likert scale. With the results of the research obtained, leadership styles influence organizational culture significantly and work discipline influences organizational culture significantly, work discipline does not affect employee performance. significantly, leadership style influences performance significantly, organizational culture influences performance significantly, and leadership style influences performance through intervening variables of organizational culture, work discipline influences employee performance, through organizational culture as an intervening variable Keywords: Effect of Leadership Style, Work Discipline, and Organizational Culture
