Abstract
The purpose of this research is to know: (1) Description of career development, motivation, and organizational commitment of PT Millennium Pharmacon International, (2) The influence of career development on organizational commitment of PT Millennium Pharmacon International, (3) The influence of motivation on organizational commitment of PT Millennium Pharmacon International, (4) Career Development and motivation has significant predictability to organizational commitment PT Millennium Pharmacon International. This study took 83 employees as sample of PT Gemilang Maju Texindotama. This Research uses descriptive analysis and explanatory. The results of this study indicate that: (1) career development has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment of PT Millennium Pharmacon International, (2) motivation has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment of PT Millennium Pharmacon International, (3) This research has fulfilled the prediction F test/Model Feasibility test with Fcount is 195,549.
