Abstract

Inge Pangesty, 8143163738. Analysis of Employee Performance at the Office Supply Department, PT Consulting Services Indonesia. Office Administration Study Program, Department of Economics & Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2019. Rich Scientific was made aiming to determine the performance of employees in the Office Supply Department, PT Consulting Services Indonesia. The method used in conducting this research is descriptive analysis by collecting data through literature studies and observations. From the results of the writing, it can be seen that the performance of employees in the Office Supply Department, PT Consulting Services Indonesia is not maximal. This can be assessed from the presence of several employees who still like to postpone work for the sake of importance and there are still many employees who lack discipline to work time. The conclusion of this paper can be seen that when employees have high motivation and discipline in the work, the employee's performance will be achieved by the company's target.
