Diploma of Office Administration Study Program. Faculty Of Economic. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This Scientific Paper has a purpose to know how the implementation of the role and the duties of secretary at PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Jakarta especially Asset Management Center Unit. The method used in this paper is descriptive analysis with data collection through the observations. From the result of the Scientific Paper, it can be seen that the implementation of the roles and duties of secretary in the Asset Management Center unit, PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Jakarta has not been optimal implemented. This can be seen from the lack of discipline in managing time so that it can hinder the completion of work. It this therefore recommended that the secretary in carrying out their roles and duties can be done by planning so that they can use their time well, read articles that can increase knowledge to be a professional secretary.
