Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This scientific paper aims to know about archives retrieval at Legal Collateral Document Management PT Bank X. Research method that is used in this scientific paper is descriptive analysis by doing observation and collecting data in through library. As the result of the writing, it can be seen that the archives stroge that is applied should use archive stroge steps, setting procedure borrowing archives, and supported by archivists.
