NABILAH AMELIANA. 2018. 8143162852. Analysis Competencies Of Secretary Of Rumah Sakit Dr. H. Marzoeki Mahdi Bogor. Program Studi DIII Administrasi Perkantoran, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This paper aims to find out about the competencies possessed by the Secretary of the Hospital Dr. H. Marzoeki Mahdi Bogor. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis with a method of collecting data through observation and literature. From the results of writing, it can be seen that the secretary has several competencies, namely 1) knowledge competencies 2) competency skills and 3) skills competencies. Competence plays an important role in supporting the work of the secretary. In the knowledge competency there is technological knowledge and correspondence knowledge for the secretary in his work.
