Abstract
ABSTRACT Thalya Noor Fitri, The Correlation Between Communication Organization With Job Satisfaction On Employees PT Asuransi Jiwa Reliance Indonesia. Script, Jakarta : Program Study Education Of Office Administration, Department Of Economy And Administration, Faculty Of Economy, State University Of Jakarta. 2017. This research was conducted at PT Asuransi Jiwa Reliance. The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between communication organization with job satisfaction on employees at PT Asuransi Jiwa Reliance. This research was conducted during Appril, starting from April 2017 until July 2017. This research used survey method with correlational approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT Asuransi Jiwa Reliance with 57 employees. Technique of sampling using proportional random sampling that technique decision simply by taking a random member of the population of 50 peoplse. The resulting regression equation is Y = 25,31 + 0,687X. test requirements analysis that estimates the error normality test regression of Y on X with the test Lilliefors produce Lhitung = 0,099, while Ltabel for n = 48 at 0,05 is a significant level = 0,127. Because Lhitung < Ltable the error estimates Y over X normal distribution. Linearity regression test generate Fhitung < Ftable is -0,52 < 2,10, so it was conclude that the linear regression equation. Significance of the regression test produces Fhitung>Ftable is 50,72 > 4,05, so it can be inferred that the regression equation significantly. Coefficient of Pearson product moment correlation rxy=0,982 generate further test the significance of correlation coefficients using the t test and the resulting t = 35,28 and table = 1,67. We can conclude that the correlation coefficient rxy = 0,982 positive and significant. Means there is a positive and significant relationship between communication organization with job satisfaction on employees in PT Asuransi Jiwa Reliance. Coefficient determination obtain 0,9644 which showed that 96,454% variable job satisfaction determined by communication organization. Key Words: Job Satisfaction, Communication Organizations
