Abstract
Febryan Muhammad. The relationship between job satisfaction and Organizational Behavior at Citizens employees. Iron Work in Jakarta Indonesia. Skripsi, Jakarta: Study Program Administration, Department of Economics and Business Administration, Faculty of Economics, University of Jakarta, January 2015. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between job satisfaction and Organizational Behavior at Citizens employees. Iron Work in Jakarta Indonesia. This study was conducted during the four months from October 2014 to January 2015. The method used was a survey with the correlational approach. The population is all employees of PT. Iron Work Indonesia amounting to 350 people. Samples were all employees of PT. Iron Work Indonesia Human Resources (HR) totaling 40 people. The samples are 36 people with the use of simple random sampling. F test is known that the linear regression Fcount (0,81) < Ftable (2.65) Relationship of the positive relationship between job satisfaction and Organizational Behavior at Citizens employees. Iron Work Indonesia it can be shown from the tcount = 4.51> ttable = 1.68, meaning that the higher the job satisfaction will increase Organizational Behavior Citizens, on the other hand, if the job satisfaction given low it will result in a decrease in Organizational Behavior Citizens. The value of the variable between job satisfaction and Organizational Behavior Citizens of Ŷ = 61,82 + 0,653 X. Large variations in Organizational Behavior Citizens determined by the satisfaction of 37.40%. The relationship between job satisfaction (variable X) with Organizational Behavior Citizens (Y) is linear and significant regression significant Fcount (20,31) > Ftable (4.13) and the linear regression Fcount (0,81) < Ftable (2.65) . Organizational Behavior Citizens employees at PT. Iron Work Indonesia is determined by the job satisfaction of 37.40% and 62.60% of the rest influenced by other factors such as job stress and less time working longer.
