Abstract
ERTA PUSPITA, 8105150708. The Influence of Job Characteristics and Individual Characteristics on Job Satisfaction at Pt Multi Terminal Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of job characteristics and individual characteristics on job satisfaction at PT Multi Terminal Indonesia. The population in this research are 167 employees of PT Multi Terminal Indonesia and the samples of this research are 114 employees of PT Multi Terminal Indonesia. The data of the three variables are primary data. The data was collected from a survey and was analyzed with SPSS 23.0. The result of the F-test in ANOVA table shows F-count (86,712) > F- table(3,08). It means that X1 and X2 are simultaneously have influence on Y. The results of the t-test shows t-count for X1 (4,007) > t-table (1,659) and as for X2 (4,295) > t-tabel (1,659), it means there are some positive influences of X1 and X2 on Y. Based on the analysis, thera are some positive influences of Job Characteristics and Individual Characteristics on Job Satisfaction. The result of multiple regression shows Y = 88,465+ 0,177X1 + 0,202X2. The coefficient of determination test shows (R2) for 61%, it means each independent variables have positive influences for 61% on dependent variables.
