Abstract

Rezal Saefudin, 2019; The Impact of Product Quality to Indosat Ooredoo Customer’s Satisfaction (Survey Students of 23 Senior High School West Jakarta). Research Papers, Jakarta: Marketing Management Study Program, Department of Management. Faculty of Economics. Stage University of Jakarta. Supervisor: Agung Kresnamurti Rivai P, S.T, M.M. This research aims to : 1) know the description of quality product and customer satisfaction of Indosat Ooredoo, 2) know whether quality product has a significant influence on customer satisfaction of Indosat Ooredoo. In this research the data were collected by spreading a questionnaires. The sample used wa 160 respondets who had used Indosat Ooredoo product. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis. The result from this research showed that the quality product variable influence the customer satisfaction. Which is indicated by the determination of coefficient value of 0.435 (43,5%). Keywords : Product Quality, Customer’s Satisfaction, Internet Service Provider, Indosat Oredoo.
