Abstract

This research purposes is to find out (i) the effect of leadership style on strategy implementation (ii) the effect of organization structure on strategy implementation (iii) and the effect of organization culture on strategy implementation. This reasearch using Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis with AMOS version 24. This research is use convenience sampling technique which involved 206 respondents of food and beverages MSME owner or manager on Bogor Regency. The findings of this research show that leadership style and organization structure have a positive and significant impact on strategy implementation. Otherwise, this reasearch also show that organization culture do not have positive impact on strategy implementation.
