Abstract

Arinta Indriyani, 2019: The Influence of job satisfaction and leadership effectiveness on turnover intention’s courier at PT J&T Express North Jakarta Branch. Skripsi: Jakarta, Human Resource Management Concentration, Management Study Program, Department of S1 Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purposes of the research are: (1) Description of job satisfaction, leadership effectiveness, and turnover intention’s courier at PT J&T Express North Jakarta Branch, (2) The influence of job satisfaction on turnover intention’s courier at PT J&T Express North Jakarta Branch, (3) The influence of leadership effectiveness on turnover intention’s courier at PT J&T Express North Jakarta Branch, (4) Job satisfaction and leadership effectiveness have significant predictability to turnover intention’s courier at PT J&T Express North Jakarta Branch. This research took a sample of 70 courier of PT J&T Express, this research is using descriptive and explanatory analysis. the results of this research indicate that: (1) job satisfaction has negative and significant influence on turnover intention’s courier at PT J&T Express North Jakarta Branch, (2) Leadership effectiveness has negative and significant influence on turnover intention’s courier at PT J&T Express North Jakarta Branch, (3) this research has passed the feasibility test of the overall research model (test of F) coefficient of determination value in this research is 51,3%. This research shows that job satisfaction and leadership effectiveness can predict significantly the turnover intention’s courier at PT J&T Express North Jakarta Branch,as 51.3%.
