Abstract

SAHDINI PERMATASARI. The Influence of Promotion Strategy, Pricing Strategy, and Location on Meikarta Purchase Interest in Bekasi Residents. The purpose of this study is to: (1) Knowing the effect and significant promotion strategy on Meikarta’s buying interest in Bekasi residents. (2) Knowing the effect and significant of pricing strategy on Meikarta’s buying interest in Bekasi residents. (3) Knowing the effect and significant of location on Meikarta’s buying interest in Bekasi residents. Data collection uses using the survey method. The type of research conducted is quantitative research using descriptive methods. The population is taken from Bekasi residents who have seen Meikarta’s promotions but have never bought or own Meikarta apartment unit. The number of samples in this study were 200 respondents using purposive sampling method. In processing the collected data, researchers used SPSS version 22 software Keywords: Promotion Strategy, Pricing Strategy, Location, Purchase Intention, Bekasi Residents.
