William Pradipta. 8335155136.The Influence Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment, and Resource Quality on Performance Budgeting-Based in Yayasan Perguruan Tamansiswa. Supervisor: Adam Zakaria., S,E.,M.Si.,Ak., Ph.D and Diena Noviarini, S.E., MM.Si. This study was conducted to find empirical evidence of the Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment, and Resource Quality onperformance budgeting based inYayasan Perguruan Tamansiswa. Factors tested in this research Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment, and Resource Quality asindependent variable, while performance budgeting-based as dependent variable. This study uses primary data with a sample of committee of budgeting in senior high school of Tamansiswa Jakarta. The sample of this study using Purposive Sampling method with 83 respondents. Based on the results of the quantitative analysis and supported by interview’s resultthat has been conducted, it can be concluded that the Leadership Style,Organizational Commitment, and Resource Quality have influenced onperformance budgeting-based. Keywords: Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment, Resource Quality Performance Budgeting-Based Implementation.
