Abstract

Safitri Tiur Andini, 2020; The Influence of Job Promotion and Work Discipline on Job Satisfaction in PT A, Skripsi, Jakarta: Bachelor Degree of Management, Human Resource Management Consentration, Major in Management, Faculty of Economy, State University of Jakarta. The purposes of this study are 1) to find out the description of job promotipn, work discipline and, and job satisfaction of PT A; 2) to test and analyze the effect of job promotion ob job satisfaction; and 3) to test and analyze the effect of worl discipline on job satisfaction. This study uses a descriptive explanatory method. The sample of this research is 98 employees at the staff level that use purposive sampling as the sampling techniques. Data collection techniques using survey method with distributing questionnaires and then it processed with the SmartPLS program version 3. The result if this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of job promotion and work discipline on job satisfaction
