Abstract
HAEKAL MUHAMMAD HAKEEM, 2020; The Influence of Job Satisfaction, Motivation and Work Load On Turnover Intention CV Mitra Tanindo. Skripsi, Jakarta: Human Resource Management Concentration, Management Studies Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this research are: 1) To know the description for the job satisfaction, motivation, work load and turnover intention at CV Mitra Tanindo, 2) To know the influence of job satisfaction on turnover intention at CV Mitra Tanindo, 3) To know the influence of motivation on turnover intention at CV Mitra Tanindo, 4) To know the influence of work load on turnover intention at CV Mitra Tanindo. This research is taken 92 employees at CV Mitra Tanindo. This study uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method in analyzing data. The research model used in this research is explanatory descriptive. The technique of collecting data using a survey method using a questionnaire which is then processed using SmartPLS 3.2.8. The results of PLS show there is a negative and significant effect between job satisfaction and employee motivation on turnover intentions and a positive and significant effect between workload on employee turnover intentions of CV Mitra Tanindo.
