Abstract

Ratih Pratiwi Putri, 8105160126, The Effect of Organizational Justice on Affective Commitment through Job Satisfaction as a Mediation Variable for Private Vocational School Teachers in DKI Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta: Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2020. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice on affective commitment through job satisfaction as a mediating variable for private vocational school teachers in DKI Jakarta. This study used a survey method with a descriptive approach. The population in this study amounted to 8,065 respondents with a study sample of 373 respondents. The model used in this research is a relationship or influence model, or what is called path analysis. To test the hypotheses proposed in this study, the model fit analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results showed that organizational justice affects affective commitment with job satisfaction as a mediation between the two. The original sample value of the effect of these three variables is 0.059 and the T-statistic> 1.96 is 3.229. Furthermore, based on the P-Value value of 0.001 <0.05, the variable organizational justice has an effect on affective commitment with job satisfaction as a mediation which has a significant indirect effect.
