Abstract

Salma Mustikarini, 8105165353, The Influence Of Organization Culture On Performance With Work Motivation As Mediation Variable On The Employees Of Secretariat General Ministry Of Religious Affairs Central Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta: Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta,2020. This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture on performance with work motivation as mediation variable on the employees of Secretariat General Ministry Of Religious Affairs Central Jakarta. The population in this reseacrh is 242 employees with a sample number of 151 respondents. The method in this research is a suvei method with descriptive approach. Model used in this research is causal modeling or relationship and influence is also called path analysis. To the test that will be proposed in this research is model analysis technique of SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) operated by SMARTPLS 3.0 program. This research also has a Sobel test which aims to detect the influence of intervening variables. The results showed that organizational culture has an effect on performance with work motivation as a mediation variable between them. The original value of this three-variable impact sample is 0.125 with a T-statistic > 1.986 of 2.132. Furthermore, the P-values value is 0.034 < 0.05, and the organizational culture variable affects the performance with work motivation as the mediation variable is significantly indirect. The results of the test Sobel in this study were 3.507, which is where the value is greater than 1.96 as a condition of Sobel test. It is able to prove that the motivation of work is able to process the influence of organizational culture towards performance of 35.07%. Keywords: Organization Culture, Performance, Work Motivation
