Abstract
AMELIA DITA YANTI. 2020. 1703517052. Analysis of The Work Environment on PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Central Jakarta Post Office. Diploma of Office Administration. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. This scientific paper has purpose to know about how the work environment in human resources division on PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Central Jakarta Post Office. Research method that used is descriptive analysis with searching data through library study and observation. From writing result can concluded that the management and improvement of the work environment is needed so that employee work activities can be more effective and efficient. Key word: Work environment, physical work environment, non-physical work environment
