ANISA.1703517041.Analysis Of Entry Letters and Exit Lettersmanagement systems In Secretary Division Of Waskita Toll Road Company. DIII Office Administration Study Program.Faculty of Economy.State University of Jakarta. 2020. This scientific work aims to find out the management system of incoming and outgoing letters in corporate secretary of PT Waskita Toll Road. The method used in this scientific work is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out in various ways through literature study reviews, observations, surveys, and practices. From this scientific work, it can be seen that an effective letter management system plays an important role for company's administration.The results showed that the management system of incoming and outgoing letters was not optimal. This is caused by the Letter Management System that is still done manually, limited mail manager employees, and incomplete supply and mail manager equipment. Keywords : letter, Management systems
