This The Scientific Paper aims to know the application of electronic correspondence system using the Electronic Office (E-Office) at PT Surveyor Indonesia (Persero) and introduce the application as one of uses of technology developing in the company currently. The method carried out in this scientific paper is to use descriptive analysis with a method of collecting various data through literature review, observation, questionnaire and document. From the result of this writing can be known that the application of electronic correspondence systems must be supported by users to determine the successful implementation of the new system so that the technology can be used effectively and efficiently.
