State University of Jakarta. 2020. This scientific work aimed is to find out office facilities in Human Resources Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan. And to give reference about office facilities that a company must provide complete and in a good quality. The method used in this scientific work is to use method of collecting various data through literature review, and observation. The result of the analysis show that the office facilities is very influential on the employee performance. Complete and good quality office facilities will improve the result of employee performance. Employee will work earnestly and produce outputs that match the company’s goals.
