SALSABILLA AULIA PERMATA. 2020. 1703517025. Analysis of Using Electronic-Secretary Management System Applications at PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk. DIII Study Program in Office Administration, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. This Scientific Work is the final report of the Writer which is an introduction to the application of E-SMS (Electronic Secretary Management System) that is used by the author when carrying out street vendors at PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk. The method used in this Scientific Work is a descriptive analysis method with data collection methods based on observation and literature study. From the results obtained, it can be concluded that the use of a websitebased application called E-SMS at PGN has proven to make it easier for employees to work more effectively. However, in its implementation there were some common obstacles and solutions had to be sought immediately so that they would not become a prolonged problem in the future Key word: electronic correspondence, E-SMS
