Thesis, Jakarta: Concentration in Human Resources, Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University The purpose of this study is to determine: (1) Description of knowledge management, empowerment and performance of employees of the HR Bureau of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, (2) The influence of knowledge management on performance of employees of the HR Bureau of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, (3) ) The effect of empowerment on the performance of employees of the HR Bureau of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, (4) Knowledge management and empowerment have significant predictability on the performance of employees of the HR Bureau of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. This study took a sample of 128 employees at the HR Bureau of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. The data collection technique used a survey method, namely by distributing questionnaires which were then processed by the SPSS 25 program. This research used descriptive and explanatory analysis. The t test result on the knowledge management variable was 12,396 with a significant value of 0.000. This shows that knowledge management has an effect on performance. The t test result on the empowerment variable was 8,539 with a significant value of 0.001. This shows that empowerment has an effect on performance. The coefficient of determination in this study was 73.1%. This shows that knowledge management and empowerment can predict the feasibility of the model on the performance of employees of the HR Bureau of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia by 73.1%.
