Abstract

FIRYAL SYADZA, The Influence of Self Efficacy, Perceived Enjoyment, Perfomance Expectancy, and Subjective Norm Toward Berhavioral Intention To Use Tablet Among The Employees In South Jakarta . This study is aimed to investigate what factors to predict employees’ intention to use of tablet. Four predictor variables are employed here: self-efficacy, perceived enjoyment, performance expectancy and subjective norm. A survey has been conducted too attracting 200 participants from various companies in South Jakarta.Data are analysed using exploratory factors analysis uses SPSS v23 and confirmatory factor analysis uses AMOS v22. Finding of this study are H1 has critical ratio score of 2.331 and score P 0.020 ≤ 0.05, that’s mean H1 is accepted. H2 was unaccepted with critical ratio score -0.886 and score P 0.375 ≥ 0.05. Then, H3 has 3.205 and score P 0.001 ≤ 0.05, that’s mean H3 accepted. And H4 has critical ratio score -0.413, and score P 0.679 ≥ 0.05, so H4 is unaccepted.
