Abstract

YUNY, The Effect of Website Design, And Security on Lazada E-Commerce Consumer Satisfaction in the Jakarta Community. T This study aims to determine the effect of site design and security on customer satisfaction in an e-commerce. This research was conducted in Jakarta, for 6 months from January to Juni 2020. The method used in this research is the survey method. The population in this study is the people of Jakarta. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique of 150 people. The regression equation generated by website design on customer satisfaction is Ŷ = 14.601 + 0.336 X. Meanwhile, for the security variable on customer satisfaction is Ŷ = 14.433 + 0.337 X. The analysis requirements test is the normality test with the Kolmogorov Smirnov test with a significance level (α) = 5% or 0.05 and it produces a significant level of the three variables of 0.093 because the significance level of the three variables is> 0.05, it can be concluded that the data is normally distributed and can be used in further analysis. The regression linearity test of Y on X1, and Y on X2 resulted in a significance value on Linearity, namely 0.000 < 0.05, so it was concluded that it had a linear relationship. Furthermore, the t test was carried out and produced Y on X1 tcount = 5.169 and ttable = 1.97623 and Y on X2 tcount = 4.699 and ttable = 1.97623. The correlation coefficient value between website design variables (X1) on customer satisfaction (Y) is equal to 0.451 and the correlation coefficient between the security variable (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y) is 0.426. So, there is a positive and significant influence between website design on customer satisfaction, a positive and significant influence between security on customer satisfaction. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between website design and security on customer satisfaction. The coefficient of Y determination on X1 is 0.203 which indicates that 20.3% of the customer satisfaction variable is determined by the website design. Meanwhile, the remaining 79.7% is influenced by other factors. And the coefficient of determination Y on X2 is 0.181 which indicates that 18.1% of the customer satisfaction variable is determined by the security variable. Meanwhile, the remaining 81.9% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Website Design, And Security.
