Abstract

SHELA DIAH KARTIKA. The Correlation Of Service Quality And Location With Consumer Decision To Use Photocopy Service At The Student Cooperation Of Unj On Economic Faculty Students. Thesis, Jakarta: Study Program Of Commerce Education. Faculty of Economics. Universitas Negeri Jakarta.2016. This study aims to get the right knowledge and trustworthy relationship between service quality and location with purchasing decisions in KOPMA UNJ photocopying services at the Faculty of Economics student in 2012 at the Jakarta State University. The research was conducted at the Jakarta State University, Faculty of Economics since October 2015 to February 2016. The research method used is survey method with the correlational approach. The population of this study is the Faculty of Economics, University of Jakarta who had used photocopying services at the Jakarta State University Student Cooperative amounted to 154 people. While the sample in this study is the Student Faculty of Economics in 2012 who had used photocopying services at the Student Cooperative State University of Jakarta as many as 71 people. The sampling technique in this research is using purposive sampling technique. Collecting data by questionnaires. While the technique of analysis of this study using SPSS version 22. The hypothesis of this study indicate that: (1) There is a positive relationship between service quality and purchase decisions, the r value of 0.745 and t value (5.054) > t table (1,67). (2) There is a positive relationship between the location of the purchase decision, evidenced by the partial correlation value of 0.707 and t value (3.902) > t table (1.67). (3) There is a positive relationship between service quality and location with purchasing decisions, evidenced by the value obtained F count > F table or 59.611 > 3.13 and the R2 value of 0,637. Obtained multiple regression equation is Y = 4,860 + 0,395X1 + 0,332X2.
