Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that affect employee performance and provide suggestions for improvement to company management. In this study the variables chosen as predictors of employee performance are job rotation, organizational communication, and job satisfaction. This research is quantitative research. The population observed in this study were employees of banking companies in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta with 240 respondents who met the criteria as a sample. The analytical method of this research uses descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis test. The results of the study prove that job rotation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational communication has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job rotation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
