Abstract
ABSTRACT NURUL FADILLAH. 8105102933. Correlation Between Person-Organization Fit with Job Satisfaction on PT Pegadaian (Persero) Employee in Jakarta. Scientific Paper, Jakarta: Concentration of Office Administration Study Program Of Economic, Economics Department Administration, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta. 2015. The Purpose of this research is to correlation between Person-Organization Fit and Job Satisfaction on PT Pegadaian (Persero) Employee in Jakarta. The research is done during for four month from May until August 2015. The method of research is a survey method with the correlational approach. The population of this research was all of employee PT Pegadaian (Persero) and sample size of 40 employee for sampling technique used simple random sampling. Instrument that used to get variable data X (Person-Organization Fit) was measured using by questionnaire with Likert scale. For the Y variable (Job Satisfaction) was also measured using by questionnaire with Likert scale. The analysis test by finding the regression equation, that is Y = 18,59 + 0,927X , while analysis rules test that is normality test results while analysis rules test that is normally regression test error Y on X with Lilliefors got lhitung = 0.056 while l 0,140 matters this means sample comes from population normal distribution. Hypothesis testing used by significance test and regression linearity by using analysis table variance (anava) got regression Fhitung 20,59 > Ftable tabel 4.10 that declare regression very mean regression linearity test that produce Fhitung 0.94 < F 2.00 that’s show the regression model use linear. Correlation coefficient hypothesis test is done with formula product moment produce rxy as big as 0.593. Significance test with t table as big as 4.54 and ttable 1.68. Because thitung < t , from watchfulness result so researcher can conclude that found connection significant between PersonOrganization Fit with Job Satisfaction employee in PT Pegadaian (Persero). Determination coefficient test produces KD as big as 35.15%, it can be concluded that there is a positive connection and significant relationship between personorganization fit to job satisfaction.
