Abstract

ABSTRACT Eka Puji Astuti. 8105120483. The influence of Motivation and Job Satisfaction to Productivity of Employees in the Part Of Production at Keke Busana, Bogor, West Java. Skripsi. Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta. June 2016 This study aims to determine whether there is influence motivation and job satisfaction to productivity of employees in the part of production at Keke Busana. This research was conducted for three months from March to May 2016. The method used is survey method with the correlational approach. The population in this research were all employees at Keke Busana. Population affordability are all employees of the production line 3 to the specifications sewing totaling 114 employees. The sample used in this study was 84 employees using simple random sampling technique. Data variable Y (Productivity) are secondary data obtained from labor productivity data in April 2016. While the variable data X (Motivation) instrument used was s questionnaire using Likert scale models. Before use, be tested construct validity (construct validity) through a validation process that is the calculation of correlation coefficient score of grains with a total score and reliability tests with Cronbach alpha formula. Results X variable reliability of 0,865 and X variable of 0,917. The Result prove that the instrument reliable. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 22.0 begins with finding test requirements analysis is the normality test using methods Komolgorv Smirnov Z and can value X12 amounted to 0,200, X 0,085 and Y was 0,200 of which were greater than 0,05 then the normal distribution of data. Then look for a test the classical assumption of multkcolinearity and heteroscedastisity test. From the multkolinearity test results Tolerance of 0,969, value greater than 0,1 and VIF is 1,032 less than 10, it can be concluded that there was no trouble multikolinearity. Next look for heteroscedasticity test with Spearman’s rho test, which resulted is significance value X1 0,849 and X2 0,448. Because the significance value greater than 0,05 then there is no problem heteroscedasticity. Then regression equation obtained was Y=1,912+0,013X1 +0,009X2 . Test the hypothesis that the F test in the ANOVA tables, known Farithmetic 2 7,935>Ftable 3,110. T test produces t of motivation 2,897>1,989 ttable and tarithmetic of job satisfaction by 2,180>t 1,989. Then test the coefficient of determination obtained results of 16,4%. It is concluded that there are significant positive and significant correlation between motivation and job satisfaction to productivity of employees in the production division at Keke Busana.
