Abstract

ABSTRACT ALIF MAHARRIZKI. THE EFFECT LEARNING STYLE AND MOTIVARTION OF THE RESULT IN MATH CLASS X ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE AT STATE SMK 21 JAKARTA. Thesis, Jakarta: Economic education program, Consenstration Education Office Administtration, Department of Econpmics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2016. This study attempts to know the style learning and the motivation to study of mathematatics class X administration state office in 21 Jakarta. This study was conducted over three months, starting in March 2016 until May 2015. The method used is survey method with the correlational approach . The population in this study are all students of SMK Negeri 21 Jakarta . The population of inaccessibility is the entire class X of Office Administration totaling 69 students . The sampling technique used was proportional random technique , so that the sample in this study amounted to 58 respondents . The data collection technique using the technique of recording data , interviews and questionnaires . To capture learning outcomes data ( Y ) , learning styles ( X1 ) and learning motivation ( X2 ) obtained by giving questionnaires to respondents . The data analysis technique used is the test requirements analysis consists of test for normality and linearity test , classic assumption test , multiple linear regression , hypothesis testing consisting of F test and t test . Based on the results of data analysis can be seen that there is a partial effect between learning styles and motivation to learn . Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed tcount of 4,497 > t table value of 1.67 . Work engagement partial effect on motivation to learn , it is seen from the results of data analysis showed tcount 5.286 > ttable value of 1.67 . Learning styles and motivation to learn simultaneously affect the study results , it is seen from the results of data analysis indicates the value Fhitung 53.247 > Ftable value amounting to 3.17 . The regression equation is obtained ( " Y " ) " = 26.885 + 0,290X1 + 0,225X2 " . Based on the obtained coefficient determination R2 value of 0,659yang means learning styles ( X1 ) and learning motivation ( Y ) effect on learning outcomes ( Y ) of 65.9 %
