Abstract
NINDIRA MARTHA SHANINDYA, Relationship Between Price With Customer Satisfaction Starter Pack 3 (Tri) trade system in Student Education Faculty of Economics at the State University of Jakarta. This research was conducted at the Education Studies Program Rules of Commerce Faculty of Economics at the State University of Jakarta. This study bertujuaan to determine the relationship between the price with the Customer Satisfaction Starter Pack 3 (Tri) trade system in Student Education Faculty of Economics at the State University of Jakarta. This study commencing from February 2016 until June 2016, the research method used is survey method with the correlational approach, the population used are all students of business administration education. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique as much as 58 people. The resulting regression equation is Y = 29.26 + 0,79X. Test requirements analysis that estimates the error normality test regression of Y on X with the test Liliefors produce Lhitung = 0.1010, while Ltabel for n = 58 at 0:05 is a significant level = 0.1163. Because Lhitung <Ltabel the error estimates Y over X normal distribution. Linearity Regression Test generate Fhitung <Ftable is 0.78 <1.89, so it was concluded that the linear regression equation. Significance of the regression test produces Fhitung> Ftabel ie, 25.88> 4.00, so it can be inferred that the regression equation significantly. The correlation coefficient of Pearson product moment generating r xy = 0.562, then the correlation coefficient significance test was done by using the t test and the resulting t = 5.087 and table = 1.67. Thus, we can conclude that the correlation coefficient r xy = 0.562 is positive and significant. Means there is a significant relationship between price positf and the Customer Satisfaction Customer Starter Pack 3 (Tri) trade system in Student Education Faculty of Economics at the State University of Jakarta. The coefficient of determination obtained at 0.3161 which showed that 31.61% variable Customer Satisfaction is determined by the price.
