Abstract
WANDA YUNILAN, The Correlation Between Servicescape With Purchase Decision Alfamart Minimarket Pisangan Baru On Citizen Association 014 Pisangan Baru Village, Matraman Sub-Distric, In Jakarta City. Commerce Education Studies Program, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This research was conducted in RW.014, Pisangan Baru Village, Matraman SubDistric, In Jakarta City, for seven months, starting from February 2016 to June 2016. The purpose of this study is to determine Correlation Between Servicescape With Purchase Decision Alfamart Minimarket Pisangan Baru On Citizen Association 014 Pisangan Baru Village, Matraman Sub-Distric, In Jakarta City. The research method used is survey method with the correlational approach, population used are all Citizen Association 014 Pisangan Baru Village, Matraman Sub-Distric, In Jakarta City. Inaccessibility is citizens population RT.004 and RT.005, Citizen Association 014 Pisangan Baru Village, Matraman Sub-Distric, In Jakarta City as many as 65 people. The sampling technique used technique of purposive sampling as many as 65 people. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 20.49 + 0.8557X. Test requirements analysis that estimates the error normality test regression of Y on X with test Liliefors produce Lcount = 0. 0,0763, while Ltable for n = 65 at 0.05 significant level is 0.1099. Because Lcount < Ltable the estimated error of Y over X normally distribution. Testing Linearity of regression produces Fcount <Ftable is 1.77 < 1.80, so it is concluded that the linear equation regression. Hypothesis testing from the significance regression produces Fcount > Ftable which, 74.34 > 3.99, meaning that the regression equation is significant. Correlation coefficient of Pearson Product moment generating (rxy) = 0.736, then performed the test significance correlation coefficient using t test and the resulting tcount > ttable, tcount = 8.622 and ttable = 1.67 .It can conclude that the correlation coefficient (rxy) = 0.736 posstive and significant. It can concude that the Correlation Between Servicescape With Purchase Decision Alfamart Minimarket Pisangan Baru On Citizen Association 014 Pisangan Baru Village, Matraman Sub-Distric, In Jakarta City posstive and significant. The coefficient of determination obtain for is 54.13% which show that 54.13% of the variant of Purchase Decision is determined by Servicescape.
