Abstract

FEBRIANY HARYADINATA, THE EFFECTS OF MOTIVATION, ATTITUDE AND DESTINATION IMAGE TOWARDS REVISIT INTENTION IN CASE STUDIES ON TOUR BOGOR BOTANICAL GARDEN. Thesis, Jakarta: Study Program of Commerce Education, Departement of Economic and Administration, Faculty of Economic, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. My aim to do this research is to know whether there is influence positively and significant from variable of motivation, attitude and destination image towards revisit intention in Bogor Botanical Garden. This research was conducted for 6 months starting from January 2017 until June 2017. The research method used is survey method with questionnaire technique with quantitative approach. The data used in this study as many as 240 respondents consisting of people who were at the exit of Bogor Botanical Gardens (KRB) by using sampling technique is convenience sampling. The regression equation resulting from the data obtained is for the motivation variable (X1) on the re-visit intention (Y) of Ŷ = 15.57 + 0.6078X, for the attitude variable (X2) on the re-visit intention (Y) of Ŷ = 24 , 69 + 0.6818X and for destination image variable (X3) to re-visit intention (Y) equal to Ŷ = 24,05 + 0,6111X. This study uses the test requirements analysis that is using the test of normality (Kolmogorov Smirnov Test) using SPSS 16.0. Test results can be seen by looking at the value of Asymp & Sig. The value of Asymp & Sig intention to re-visit the Bogor Botanical Gardens (Y) is 0.750 Asymp & Sig motivation (X1) value of 0.258 Asymp value & Sig attitude (X2) of 0.180 and Asymp & Sig value of destination image (X3) of 0.101. Based on the theory if the value of Asymp & Sig is greater than 0.05 then the data is inferred normal distribution. The classical assumption test using multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test showed that there was no problem of multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity, so it can be said that a good and ideal regression equation can be fulfilled. Then t test and generated for the variable of motivation (X1) tcount value 10.67> ttable 1,96. For attitude variable (X2) tcount 10.20> ttable 1,96 and for destination image variable (X3) tcount 10.41> ttable 1,96. Thus, it can be concluded from the results of t test calculation then there is a positive and significant relationship between X1 to Y, X2 to Y and X3 to Y. Coefficient of determination obtained for variable motivation (X1) of 32.3% for attitude variable (X2) Of 30.4% and for destination image variable (X3) of 31.3%. It shows that the variable intention to re-visit Bogor Botanical Gardens (Y) is determined by motivation (X1), attitude (X2) and destination image (X3) according to the coefficient of determination value on each variable.
