Abstract

AGITA HAERANI, TheCorrelation Between Product Quality and Restaurant Atmosphere With Cus;tomer Satisfaction Kentucky Fried Chicken Arion Mall at The Study Program Of Commerce Education Student Faculty Of Economics in State University of Jakarta. Commerce Education Studies Program, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This research was conducted inCommerce Education Studies Program, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, for 3 months, starting from March 2017 to June 2017. The purpose of this study is to determine correlation between product quality with customer satisfaction and correlation between restaurant atmosphere with customer satisfaction Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) Arion Mall atThe Study Program Of Commerce Education Student Faculty Of Economics in State University of Jakarta. The method used is survey method with the correlational approach, the population used is the entire Commerce Education Studies Program, Faculty of Economics at the State University of Jakarta. The sampling technique used was by purposive sampling as many as 115 people. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 47,93 + 0,5622X1 and Ŷ = 45,28 + 0,5828X2. Test requirements analysis that estimates the error normality test regression of Y on X with the test Lilliefors produce Lcount = 0,0811 for Y on X1 dan Lcount = 0,0818 for Y on X2, while Ltabel for n = 115 at 0,05 significant level is 0,08261. Because Lcount< Ltabel the error estimates Y over X normal distribution. Linearity Regression Test generate Fcount < Ftable is 1,35 < 1,60 for Y on X11,18< 1,60 for Y on X2, so it was concluded that the linear regression equation. Significance of the regression test produces Fcount> Ftabel is, 65,13 > 3,92 for Y on X1 and 78,37 > 3,92 for Y on X2, so it can be inferred that the regression equation significantly. The correlation coefficient of Pearson Product Moment generating rxy = 0,605 for Y on X1 and rxy = 0,640 for Y on X2, then the correlation coefficient significance test was done by using the t test and the resulting is tcount = 8,070 for Y on X1 and tcount = 8,853 for Y on X2 and ttable = 1,66. It can conclude that the correlation coefficient rxy = 0,605 for Y on X1 and rxy = 0,640 for Y on X2 is significant and positive. The coefficient of determination obtained at 36,56%, which shows that 36,56% variable customer satisfaction is determined by product quality and 40,95%, which shows that 40,95% variable customer satisfaction is determined by restaurant atmosphere.
