Abstract

ABSTRACT FATCHUROHMAN. Relationship Between Insentive with Job Performance on Employee of PT MNC SKY VISION. Skripsi, Jakarta: Concentrations of Education Administrative Offices, Educational Studies Program in Economics, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2011. This study aims to determine the relationship between Insentif with Job Performance on employee of PT. MNC SKY VISION. This research was conducted for three months starting from March until May 2012. The method used is survey method with correlational approach. The population is employee of PT MNC SKY VISION. The sampling technique is proportional random sampling with 44 respondents. The instrument used to obtain data on variable X (Insentive) and variable Y (Job Performance) was measured using a Likert Scale. The data analysis technique starts by looking for a simple regression equation and the regression equation Y= 31,58 + 0,324X, while the test requirements of the analysis are the estimated regression error normality test Y on X with L obtained Liliefors test count (0, 121) < L table (1,34), this means that samples come from normally distributed population. Test of significance and linier regression by using the table Analysis of Variance (ANAVA) test was obtained regression equation (22,08) > F table (4,07) which states that the regression is very significant and regressions that produce linearity test Fcount (0,97) < F table (2,05) which indicates that the model uses linier regression. Correlation coefficient hypothesis tests conducted using the formula r xy Product Moment by Pearson yield of 0,587: this means the relationship between two variables is strong. Tests of significance with tcount equal to 4,70 and ttable value of 1,68. Because t count > ttable from the above study, the researcher can conclude that there is a significant relationship between insentive with Job Performance on employee of PT. MNC Sky Vision. Test determination coefficient KD of 34,45%. yield. So it is concluded that there are positif and significant relationship between Insentive with Job Performance on employee.
