Abstract

ABSTRACT FITRI HANDAYANI. Correlation between Self Efficacy and Motivation to Achievement of Employees at PT.Dunia Daging Food Industries (DDFI) in East Jakarta. Jakarta: Economic Majors and the Administration, Faculty Of Economics, State University of Jakarta. July.2011. This research aim to obtain whether are relation between self efficacy and motivation to achievement of Employees PT.Dunia Daging Food Industries (DDFI) in East Jakarta. This Research conducted in PT.Dunia Daging Food Industries (DDFI) during three months counted from May up to July 2011. Intake sample Technique is proportional random sampling modestly as much 58 sample. Instrument used to obtain get variable X1 (self efficacy) using a replica of New General Self Efficacy (NGSE) from researchers Gilad Chen,et al with the internal consistency of a = 0.86 and measured to use scale Likert. For variable X2 (motivation) the instrument used measured to use scale Likert and obtained by result reliabilities variable X2 of equal to 0,914. For variable Y (achievement) by using data from the company (secondary data). Technique analyze data using SPSS.17 programs started with searching the analytical test requirements test for normality using the Kolmogorov Smirnov test methods and variable X1 , X2 , Y and Residual of equal to > 0.05, this means that the data have normal distribution. Test the Linearity regression by using table Test of Linearity of obtained on the Significance of X1 and X2 by equation 0.000 <0.05 indicating that model regression used by is linear. Test hypothesis of correlation coefficient of correlation with F test in ANOVA tables obtained Fcount (53.061)> Ftable (3.17), this means correlation between second of the variable affect to achievement. Test significance by tcount X1 equal to 2,547 and tcount X2 equal to 2,278 and ttable equal to 2,00. Because tcount > ttable , inferential hence that there are correlation which significance between self efficacy with achievement and motivation with achievement. From Test of Regression Equation Path Analysis get the correlation between X1 (self efficacy) to Y (achievement) with moderated by variable X2 (motivation) of equal to 0,35. It can be concluded that there is no immediately correlation between self efficacy with achievement to moderated by motivation.
