Abstract

ABSTRACT INDAH NIRMALA. The Different Motivation Between Enlargement And Unenlargement Employees at PT Bina Busana Internusa. Script, Jakarta:Study Program Of Economics. Concentration of Office Administration. Economics and Administration Department, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2013. The purpose of this research is to get valid and reliable data or fact, to know more the different motivation between enlargement and unelargement the method of research is survey method with causal comparative causal approach. The research population are employees of PT Bina Busana Internusa division Supply Chain Management ang GA. Sampling method using Proportional Random Sampling. Research sampling are 65 employees with composition 20 employees with enlargement and 45 employees with unenlargement. Collecting motivation data using instrument likert scale. Before that it has validity and reliability test using Alpha Cronbach formula. Reliability result is 0,931. Data analysis technic using t-test, data norality test using lilliefors formula, and data homogeneity test with F-test. Data normality result for X1 variable is Lcount (Lo) = 0,124, and Ltable (Lt ) for n = 20 in significant level 0,05 is 0,190, so L(0,124) < L t (0,190) mean X has normal distribution. Data normality result for X2 variable is Lcount (L o1) = 0,056, and L table (L) for n = 45in significant level 0,05 is 0,132, so Lo (0,056) < Lt (0,132) mean X 2t has normal distribution. Homogenity test result is Ft (table) = 2,02 dan Fo (count) = 1,12, so F (count) <F (tabel). It mean data have homogeny varians. Next research is doing t-test result, ttcount = 6,063, and ttable 2,00 so t (6,063) > t tabel (2,00). The conclusion shown that research have the different motivation between enlargement and unenlargement employees.
