Abstract

ABSTRACT WAHYU DWI PRABOWO. CORRELATION BETWEEN SELF EFFICACY WITH JOB SATISFACTION AT PERUM PPD DEPO PULOGADUNG, JAKARTA TIMUR. Skripsi, Jakarta: Concentration of Office Administration Education, Study of Economic Education, Economics and Administration Department, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2013. This purpose of this research is to know more about The Correlation Between Self Efficacy with Job Satisfaction At Perum PPD Depo Pulogadung, Jakarta Timur. This research method is using survey method with correlation approach. The populations of this research are all of employee at Perum PPD Depo Pulogadung in total 132 employee, the reach populations are employees in Operation in total 80 employee, and 65 employee for sampling. The X variable data (Self Efficacy) and Y variable data (Job Satisfaction), using Likert Scale. Then, it has Construct Validity Test using Validation Process, that is Correlation Coefficient valuing score with the total score reliability test using Alpha Cronbach Formula. Reliability X variable (Self Efficacy) is 0,827 and Y variable data (Job Satisfaction) is 0,908. The analyses test by finding regression equation, that is 45,56 + 0,806 X. The normal data test using Lilliefors formula and the result is Lcount = 0,100 in significant level 0,05 and Ltable = 0,109, so Lcount < Ltable . It means that the mistake prediction regression Y to X has normal distribution. The result of regression significance test if Fcount (20,46) > Ftable (4,00), shows that the regression is significance. Regression linearity test, F count (1,03) < Ftable (1,88), show that the regression is linier. The Product Moment result of correlations coefficient test, is r xy = 0,495 continued by using correlations coefficient significance test with t-test. The result of tcount (4,52) > ttabel (1,67). It means that the research is significance and positive relation between self efficacy and job satisfaction. The result of determination coefficient test is 24,51%, it means that job satisfaction variable determined by 24,51% self efficacy variable. The conclusion, there is a positive Correlation Between Self Efficacy and Job Satisfaction At Perum PPD Depo Pulogadung, Jakarta Timur.
