Abstract
ABSTRACT SARWO WIJAYANTO. 8105092819. Influence of Self-Control and SelfEfficacy in Students to Procrastination at SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta. Essay, Jakarta: Office Administration Program Educational Studies, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2013. This study aims to determine whether there is influence between self-control and self-efficacy toward procrastination in students at SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta. Research conducted at SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta for two months starting in May and ending in June 2013. The method used was a survey method with causality approach. The study population was all students in SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta, amounting to 790 people. While the population of inaccessibility is class X SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta, amounting to 49 people. Samples were taken using simple random technique (Simople Random Sampling). Data Variable Y (Procrastination) was measured using test score results of primary data, through the measurements obtained from the respondents, a number of questions kuesinoner with 30 to test 0.9214. Variable Data X1 (Self-Control) were measured using test score results of primary data, through the measurements obtained from the respondents, a number of about 25 kuesinoner with the reliability test 0.9016. Similarly, the data variable X2 (Self-efficacy) were measured using test score results of primary data, through the measurements obtained from the respondents, a questionnaire about the number 8 with the reliability test 0.7551. Techniques of data analysis using SPSS 17.0 for test starts with the analysis requirements. Procrastination normality test with a significance value of 0.200, the significance of self-control is worth 0,200 and significance of self-efficacy is worth 0,200. Because all of the data have significance greater than 0.05, it can be concluded that H0 is accepted, which means the data are normally distributed. Linearity test of self-control and self-efficacy both of 0.00 is less than 0.05, it can be inferred to have a linear relationship. Test classical assumption of multicolinearity and heterokedestisitas, the result did not occur and heterokedestisitas multicollinearity problem. Regression equation obtained Ý = 186.825-.753 X1 - .483 X2. Test the hypothesis that the ANOVA table F value (295.518)> F (3.07), then H0 is rejected which means that there is influence between self-control and self-efficacy together against procrastination. T produce a partial test of self-control has a variable-t (-13.264) and self-efficacy have amounted to -3.357 with-t-ttable of -1.96, which means that negatively affect selfcontrol and self-efficacy procrastination negatively affect procrastination. Conclusion This study concludes that there is a contribution of self-control and self-efficacy on student procrastination by 80.5%. Keywords : Self-Control, Self-Efficacy, Procratination
