Abstract

Fajar Budiman. Effect of Discipline in Learning and Achievement motivation. Student Results SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta.to Class X Thesis, Jakarta: Concentration in Accounting Education, Faculty of Economics, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2017. This study aims to determine the relationship between Discipline in Learning and Achievement motivation to Class X Student Results at SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta. This study was conducted over three months, starting from May until July 2017. The research method used is survey method with the correlational approach. The populatn for the reaserch were all students of class X which took subjects introductory account SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta. The sampling technique is simple random technique (Simple Random Sampling) with a sample of 62 students. Instrument used to obtain Variable data X1 (Discipline for Learning), X2 (Achievement Motivation) and Y (Discipline Learning in this study was measured using a Likert scale. The data were analyzed in this study begins with finding regression equation double and the regression equation y = 1,283X1 + 0,928X2 + 0.415, while the requirements for analysis is the normality test, by looking at the Kolmogorov Smirnov test statistic that is equal to 0.200, greater than 0.05 (> 0.05), this means that the sample comes from a population of normal distribution. test linearity with a view ANOVA tables were obtained from Y with X1 (X2 assumed to be constant), and Y with X2 (X1 assumed constant) obtained Deviation from linearity of 0.830 and 0.683. More than 0.05 (> 0.05), which stated that there and significant linear relationship. correlation test simultaneously produce the R value of 0.645, it can be concluded that the discipline of learning achievement motivation and learning outcomes have a strong positive relationship. Hypothesis testing through test F produces Fhitung> Ftabel of 53.335> 3.17 it can be concluded that there are significant positive and significant correlation between Discipline Learning and Achievment Motivation Study Results against SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta. Coefficient determination resulted R Square of 0.664 or 33.6%, then the decision can be taken are positive and significant relationship between Discipline Learning and Achievment Motivation Study Results against SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta.
