Abstract

NADIA DWI KARTIKA.8105112198.The Influence of Compensation to Work Discipline of Tax Employees in KPP Pratama Jakarta Pulogadung 2015. Skripsi. Jakarta: Departemen Economics and Administration, Program Study of Economics Education, Education Concentration of accounting education, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2015. This research aims to know whether there is influence between the compensation towards work discipline of tax employees in KPP Pratama Jakarta Pulogadung. The method used is survey method with a correlation approach. The population in this research was all of the employess in KPP Pratama Jakarta Pulogadung, affordable population in this research are all employees in inspection section, functional inspection, and supervision and consultation section I-IV amounted to 51 people. The sampling technique using proportional random sampling, so that obtained sample were 46 people. The instrument used to obtain the data variable X (Compensation) using data obtained from KPP Pratama Jakarta Pulogadung to then analyzed and variable Y (Work Discipline) were measured using a questionnaire with Likert scale. Before the instruments used, the construct validity for the variable Y (work dicipline) was tested, the result is from 39 statements of variable Y that has been validated as many as 34 statements declared valid and the remaining 5 statements drop. Techniques of data analysis using Ms. Excel 2010 begins with finding the rest requirements analysis test. Technique data analysis starts with looking for the regression equation and obtained equation Ý = 108,16 + 2,001X. The result of normality’s test Liliefors produce L = 0,116 and L table = 0,131. Because L count = 0,116 < L = 0,131 it hence variable x and y distributed to normal. The testing of hypotheses by Keberartian’s Test produse F count = 49,05 and F table = 4,06. Because F table count (49,05) > F (4,06) it hence the regression equation is sigficant. Linier regression test produce F table = 2,21 and F count = 1,75. Because F count 1,75 < F 2,21 conclude that the regression equation is linear. A correlation coefficient test product moment produce r table = 0,726. The nest is test is the Significant Coefficient test of correlation is done by using the t-test and produce t count 7,00 > t table table 1,68. Based on the result of Research, it can be concluded that there is influence between the compensation to work discipline of tax employees in KPP Pratama Jakarta Pulogadung. With determination coefficient obtained test results 52,71% variable work discipline determined by compensation, then it can be drawn the conclusion that there is a positive and significant correlation between compensation and work discipline.
