Abstract

TANTRI INDRIANI. Correlation Between Student’s Perceptions of Lecturer’s Teaching Methods Toward Learning Motivation at Accounting Subject in Polytechnic Lp3i Jakarta Campus Sudirman Tangerang Skripsi, Jakarta: Study Program Of Economic Education, Concetration Of Accounting Education, Department of Economic and Administration, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta, Januari 2016. This research conducted to describe the correlation between stuent’s perception of lecturer’s teaching methods toward learning motivation at accounting subject in Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Campus Sudirman Tangerang. This research used the verification research and explanative survey method. This research population are the student of Polytechnic LP3I Campus Sudirman Tangerang first grade in 2014/2015. Total of student are 93, the sample used 55 student with probability sampling technic. The result proved that 50 students have high learning motivation, which is 13.65% have high willingness to succed learning as dominant indicator. And dominant indicator to learning method is lecturer’s ways to serve the lessons. Regression equation that is Ŷ = 77,77 + 0,47X, means that positive correlation between learning methods and student motivation. Data noramality test by using lilliefors formulas and the result is L iv count = 0,0876 < L =0,1195, so variable X and Y is normal, that means many variation to learing methode variable toward increase learning motivation, it has significance regression. The result of correlation cofficient test is = 0,547, that means medium influence toward learning methods with learning motivation. And the result of determination cofficient is 30% learning motivation influenced by learning methods. The result of the result concluced that there is positive correlation between learning methods with learning motivation at accounting student in Jakarta Politechnic LP3I Campus Sudirman Tangerang. That influence result is medium, so to improve learning motivation significance needed variation learning methods consistenly.
