This scientific work aims to find out about the office layout at The Public Department Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Jakarta Pulogadung. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis, the data of collection method through the literature study and observation. From the result of this paper can be seen that the arrangement of office space and facilities should be planned well and right, pay attention to the environment as well as the physical condition of the office layout and knowing that, in order to increase the productivity of employees at work requires good space planning office, effectiveness and efficiency.
