Abstract
ABSTRACT TRIYANDINI. Correlation between formative score with motivation learning in Administrative Procedure’s Subject At State Vocational High School 48 East Jakarta . Skripsi, Jakarta: Economic Education Program, Office Administration Education Concentration, Economic and Administration Department, Economic Faculty, State University of Jakarta, November 2011. The purpose of this research is to know about the correlation offormative score with motivation learning of student At State Vocational High School 48 East Jakarta. This research has done from during two (2) month, since November 2011 until December 2011. Research method using method with correlational approach, while the data from primary data. The population research was all of student from SMKN 48 of East Jakarta. While the research of population were 64 student of all first class with 55 student for sample. The sampling technique was conducted by purposive sampling. Collecting X Variable data (Formative Score) using secondary data and questionnaire instrument for Y Variable (Motivation Learning). Before that for X Variable and Y Variable it has construct validity test by validation process, that is correlation coefficient valuing score with the total score and reliability test using Alpha Cronbach Formula. Reliability Y Variable is 0,800. The analysis test is done by finding regression equation, that is Y = 44,94 + 0,361X After that, data normality test by using Lilliefors formula and the result is L count = 0,100 in significance level 0,05 and L table = 0,119. so L , mean that the mistake of prediction regression Y to X has normal distribution. For regression significance F count (19,12) > F table count (4,03), showing that regression is meaning. While regression linearity test, F count (1,74) < F (1,91), showing that regression is linear. Continued by using correlation coefficient significance test with t-test. Continuing result is tcount = 4,37, while ttable on dk = n-2 = 53 and significance level 0,05. is 1,67, and so t count > t table table . From this counting, node that, it has significant relation the use of formative score to motivation learning.Beside that, the result of determination coefficient test is rxy 2 = 26,51% mean that variation of result motivation learning variable determination by 26,51% variation of formative score. The conclusion shown that research have positive correlation Of formative score with motivation learning in Administrative procedure’s subject At State Vocational High School 48 East Jakarta.
