Abstract
NURDIANA. 2009. 8143097530. Analysis Work Culture in Coast Guard Directorate, Ministry of Transportations. Study Program Diploma IIISecretary. Major of Economic and Administration. Faculty of Economics. University of Negeri Jakarta. Scientific Work aims to determine the work culture at Coast GuardDirectorate, Ministry of Transportations and problem in faced to createproductive work culture. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method of collecting data through observation, and literature study. From observation to know that the work culture work culture at Coast Guard directorate, Ministry of Transportation have a good condition, butstaffs at it still can’t to growing their productive work culture. It can be seenfrom the lack of leadership exemplary to creating a productive work culture, the lack of employees responsibility and un discipline employeesto work.From be result can be seen to create a productive work culture need aleader to influencing their employees to create productive work culture.with grow up employees responsibility, discipline and grow up anemployees motivator. It can effect to productivities of work and make aproductive work culture. Keywords: Culture, Work Culture
