Abstract

ABSTRACT Yana Marsiamila, 2016; The Influence Of Situational Leadership Style and Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfaction at The Toll Collector in Toll Gateway Cililitan 2 PT. Jasa Marga (persero),Tbk. Skripsi: Jakarta, Human Resource Management Concentration, Management Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This research purpose are: 1) To know the description about Situational Leadership Style, Work Environment and Employee Job Satisfaction at The Toll Collector in Toll Gateway Cililitan 2 PT. Jasa Marga (persero),Tbk. 2) To test empirically the influence of Situational Leadership Style on Employee Job Satisfaction at The Toll Collector in Toll Gateway Cililitan 2 PT. Jasa Marga (persero),Tbk., 3) To test empirically the influence of work environment on Employee Job Satisfaction at The Toll Collector in Toll Gateway Cililitan 2 PT. Jasa Marga (persero),Tbk., 4) To test empirically the influence of Situational Leadership Style and work environment on Employee Job Satisfaction at The Toll Collector in Toll Gateway Cililitan 2 PT. Jasa Marga (persero),Tbk., 6) To know how much contribution of Situational Leadership Style and work environment on Employee Job Satisfaction at The Toll Collector in Toll Gateway Cililitan 2 PT. Jasa Marga (persero),Tbk. The sample of this research are 73 employees The Toll Collector in Toll Gateway Cililitan 2 PT. Jasa Marga (persero),Tbk. Research data retrieval by survey method with questionnaires and the data processed with SPSS version 21. This research using descriptive and explanatory analysis. The results of regression showed that Situational Leadership Style have significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, work environment have significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction. Situational Leadership Style and work environment simultaneously have significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction with F (45.580) > Ftable (3.134) and significance value (0.000 < 0.05). The adjusted R value are 0.553 or 55,3%. This show that 55,3% of Employee Job Satisfaction are influenced by Situational Leadership Style and work environment while the rest 44.7% influenced by other factors.
