Abstract

ABSTRACT Toni Eka Putra, 2016; The Influence of Job Stress and Job Statisfaction On Employee’s Organizational Commitment at CV. Dipo Production. Skripsi: Jakarta, Human Resource Management Concentration, Management Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of the research are: (1) To know the description of job stress, job statisfaction, and organizational commitment at CV. Dipo Production, (2) To determine whether there is an influence of job stress on organizational commitment at CV. Dipo Production, (3) To determine whether there is an influence of job statisfaction on organizational commitment at CV. Dipo Production, (4) To determine whether there is an influence of job stress and job statisfaction on organizational commitment at CV. Dipo Production. This research is taken of all employees who works as a Tour Leader at CV. Dipo Production. The research using descriptive and explanatory analysis. The results of regression indicate that there is significant influence between job stress on organizational commitment, there is significant influence between job statisfaction on organizational commitment. Job stress and job statisfaction simultaneously significant influence organizational commitment through Fcount > F (68,153 > 3,18) and significance (0,000 < 0,05). R2 table values is 0.698, or (69,8%). It shows that 26.9% of organizational commitment is explained by the job stress and job statisfaction, while the remaining 30,2% influenced or explained by other variables.
