Abstract

Advisory: Setyo Ferry Wibowo, SE., M.Si. & Usep Suhud, Ph.D The purpose of this study was to find the factors that influence the determinants of variable intentions to revisit and testing on variable tour service quality, destination image, perceived value and tourist satisfaction on Indonesian tourists’ intentions to revisit Sydney, Australia. Methods of data collection in this study using a survey method. The population in this study is Indonesian tourists who have been to Sydney, Australia by using a travel agent. The total sample in this study amounted to 227 people. Pilot studies were conducted to 50 respondents.The analytical tool used was SPSS 20 and AMOS 22. The results of the factor analysis reported there are five variables, the variable tour service quality with five dimensions and nineteen indicators, variable destination image with the four dimensions and twenty one indicator, variable perceived value with two- dimension and ten indicators, variable tourist satisfaction with the four dimensions and fourteen indicators and variable intention to revisit with two- dimensions and seven indicators. The results of this study indicate that three of four determinants factors affecting the variable intentions to revisit that is variable tour service quality, destination image, and tourist satisfaction with a P value of 0.84 , CMIN/DF at 1.33, TLI of 0.99, CFI of 0.99 , and RMSEA at 0.04 . Tour service quality variables significantly negative influence intentions to revisit Sydney , Australia with P at 0.26, CMIN/DF 1.11, TLI of 0.99, CFI of 0.99, and RMSEA of 0.02. Destination image variables significantly negative influence intention to revisit Sydney, Australia with P results at 0.33 , CMIN / DF 1.11 , TLI of 0.99 , CFI of 0.99 , and RMSEA at 0.02. Perceived value variable does not significantly influence interest intention to revisit Sydney , Australia. Tourist satisfaction variables significantly positive influence intention to revisit Sydney , Australia with P results at 0.07 , CMIN / DF 1.54 , TLI of 0.99 , CFI of 0.99 , and RMSEA at 0.04 . The results of this study for the tourism industry , to promote the destination country .
