Abstract

ANUNG YUNIHARSO. 2015. 8223118224. SWOT Analysis of Marketing Strategy in PT. Yakult Indonesia Persada. Marketing Diploma Study Program. Department of Management. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. This paper aims to determine analysis SWOT PT. Yakult Indonesia Persada Yakult drink in marketing the product. The method used data gathered through questionnaires, interviews, observation and dokumention. Data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis of the Internal and External Analysis and analysis of Strengths, Weaknesses, opportunities, Threats (SWOT). Based on the analysis of results stating the marketing strategy undertaken by PT. Yakult Indonesia Persada, focused on increasing the production of higher again, continuing internal reform, on the other hand the company efficiency programs and increased variation continued to obtain optimal results. Yakult products are in quadrant I, which is a favorable situation because the company has the opportunity and strength so that he can take advantage of opportunities to the maximum so as to implement strategies that support an aggressive growth policy.
